The City of Arlington is holding a FREE Aging Well Expo on Thursday, February 21st from 9am to 2pm at the Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center – 1200 Ballpark Way, Arlington, TX 76011. There will be over 100 Health and Wellness vendors providing fitness demonstrations, education and resources on volunteering, housing and more! You must pre-register by Thursday, February 7th to receive complimentary lunch.
